Order History
You can see if we have received your exchange or returned items simply by looking at your orders in your Order Hsitory. Simply ’Login’, click on ’Orders History’ to check the status of the item you are looking for – Easy!

We know that buying on-line you’re going to want to be sure that your new lingerie is exactly what you wanted, so we have a simple and straightforward policy on returns and exchanges…
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, send it back and we will replace or refund as you wish. We will not charge you postage a second time (Australian customers only)
We will happily do this as often as you wish, so that you can be sure of getting the right fit. And if you’d like some expert advice we’ll get one of our experienced fitters to give you a call.

Having said that here’s the smallprint…
  • returns must be made within 21 days of dispatch from us.
  • items for return must be clean and unwashed, and must have the original tags attached and intact.
  • items must be in original condition and accompanied by original receipt, and your completed Eve’s Gift return form.

  • return postage and packaging is at your risk, we recommend that you use Australia Post, and register and insure your property.
  • postage is non-refundable. (outside Australia postage is charged for returns)
  • if insufficant postage is attached to your return we will deduct the amount we have to pay from your return, and charge you an administration fee of $10.00 (so please pay your postage!)

Website Security
We protect your on-line order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology SSL encrypts all order information to avoid decoding of that information as it travels over the internet.
If you see a closed lock or an unbroken key (depending on your browser), then SSL is active.
This can be double-checked by viewing the URL line of your browser. The first characters of the site address will change from ‘http’ to ‘https’ when accessing a secure server.

Payments
All payments are processed by PayPal  – The security of members’ information, transactions and money balances is a top priority at PayPal.

PayPal uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If your browser does not currently contain or support the 128-bit encryption level, you may need to upgrade it to be able to access the PayPal website and conduct transactions.
